We currently deliver within Namibia only.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage and location

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery time

3. Delivery TimeFrames

  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Pre-Order Items

​

  • Pre-order items are items that are already on their way.

  • Delivery for pre-ordered items will typically begin as soon as the items arrive, and you will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

5. Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer

  • Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Proof of delivery provided by the courier (such as delivery confirmation or signature) will be considered sufficient evidence of delivery.

PICK is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. PICK is not liable for issues that arise as a result of incorrect/inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Fees

​

  • Shipping Fees are calculated at checkout or communicated clearly before payment is completed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
