Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, meaning, the customer must notify us and initiate the return request within five days. Returns are only accepted provided that:

The item is unused and unworn

The item is in original condition

Original packaging and tags are intact
Returned items must be shipped back within reasonable timeframe after return approval. Items received outside the approved return process may be refused
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear or intimate wear

Earrings or personal accessories

Any item marked as "Final Sale"
3. Damaged Or Incorrect Items
In the event an incorrect item is received:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video of but not limited to: Damaged Item, Original Packaging, Shipping Box(if applicable) and order details (Order number and delivery date)
An assessment of the issue will be conducted to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method through PayToday.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
6. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or claims where damage appears to result from misuse, wear and tear or improper handling after delivery.
7. Dispatch Condition
All items are inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer upon delivery.
